Dr Leonarda Spee was born and raised in Adelaide. Her love for animals began with her first pets growing up – two snails, a dog and a cat. Leonarda graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2020 and joined the Vets4Pets team in January 2021 with a particular interest in small animal medicine.

When she’s not at work, Leonarda enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing guitar, travelling and keeping up with her own pets at home. Along with two chickens, she has a cheeky Kelpie and a talkative Siamese cat who always manage to keep her busy.
