Inupa was born and grew up in the beautiful island of Sri Lanka. Initially graduating from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in 2008, she worked as a vet and assistant lecturer at the veterinary teaching hospital, and completed her Master's in Animal Science in 2012.

After this, she moved to Dubai, working as a Vet for 6 years. During the last 2 years of this time she worked as a vet for the Royal family in Dubai.

In 2018, Inupa and her family moved to Darwin, where she worked as a Vet nurse until she obtained her license to practice as a vet in Australia.

Inupa joined Vets4Pets in 2021 as a casual nurse. After obtaining the DVM post-graduate degree at the University of Adelaide she has continued her journey as a Veterinarian with Vets4Pets.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and much-loved cat Daisy. Inupa loves to cook, garden, cycle, and listen to music.
